John Lewis Isaacs, of Bilston, in the county of Stafford,
Clothier (debtor), first part.
The names and descriptions of the Trustees or other
parties to the Deed, not including the Creditors-
Lipman Hart, of Stafford-street, Birminghain, in the
county ot Warwick, Clothier, second part; Joseph
Solomon, of Three Park-road, Hockley, Birmingham
aforesaid, Clothier, third part; and creditors, fourth
part.
A short statement of the nature of the Deed-A Deed,
for payment by the debtor of a composition of eight
shillings and sixpence in the pound on the amount of
the debts of his creditors, payable by three instalments,
the first of three shillings and sixpence in the pound to
be paid on execution ot the deed by the creditors, the
second of two shillings and sixpence in the pound
secured by the acceptances of the said Lipman Hart of
the debtor's draft, indorsed by the debtor to the creditors,
dated 10th April, 1865, and payable three months
after date, and the third of two shillings and sixpence
in the pound secured hy the acceptances of the said
Joseph Solomon of the.debtor's drafts, dated the 10th
April, 1865, payable six months after date, and the
second and third instalments being further secured by
the covenant of the said debtor and the said Lipman
Hart and Joseph Solomon, for payment of the said
bills ; and a release by the creditors to the debtor.
When left for Registration-4th May, 1865, at halfpast
eleven o'clock.

With the ages if they were under 16 their actual ages were given otherwise the age was rounded down to the nearest 5 years ie 22 as 20, 27 as 25 etc. I’d guess your Elizabeth was the one on Peasley Cross Lane and my Henry in Groves Colliery.
